Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally within Canada using Canada Post.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take approximately 2-7* business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 days.
• International orders take 4-14* business days to be delivered via Canada Post or UPS.
• *Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• There is a base shipping fee of $20 for all orders. The fee increases based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

Tracking:

• Orders might include a tracking number which you can use to see where your package is and when it will arrive to the specified location.

Delays:

• Expect delays with your order if your order requires extra attention (quantity, complexity, and/or weight of products). We will contact you directly if your order will be delayed.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We also accept offline payments via wire payments internationally. Please note that wire payments are only available for custom orders over the phone or email.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Canadian (CAD) Dollars.

Due to the large majority of our products being perishable, we do not accept refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with pick-up or delivery information and select payment method for the product - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.
